Definitely makes you sweat in the areas the belt is on , also try wearing it while exercising makes you sweat there even more, helping to lose excess water and pounds as well as sweating gets toxins out of the body. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product..

I Really Want To Get Rid Of My Extra Stomach, And This Really Gets You Sweating. I Use It When I Do My Turbo Jam Workout. I Couldnt Feel Better After Working Out.

I love this belt..reminds me to keep those abs in while working out...especially in my pilates and yoga classes...i have lost 2 inches in my waist since using...not a miracle belt you do need to exercise...but I also use it doing housework/yardwork and it heats up!!

I have had other "belly burner belts" so this one is not that different. The only thing I find on this one that is different is the velcro area. The velcro area where the belt meets is bigger and easier to attach.

This belt is basically the same as any other waist trimming belt. Unfortunately there are threads that keep pulling away from the Velcro area, and mine also ripped at the Velcro area.
